Bahan untuk membuat Tempe Burger:
4 lembar roti tawar, rendam dalam sedikit air, haluskan.
200 gr tempe, haluskan.
50 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica
1/4 sdt pala bubuk
4 sdm margarin
Pelengkap:
Roti bun (roti burger) siap pakai
saus tomat
sambal botol tomat
ketimun
selada
Cara membuat:
1. Campur tempe, tepung terigu, dan roti tawar, aduk hingga rata.
2. Masukkan telur dan bumbu, aduk hingga rata.
3. Bagilah menjadi 4 bagian, dan bentuk bulat pipih.
4. Panaskan margarin, lalu goreng burger tempe hingga matang dan berwarna kuning kecokelatan.
5. Sajikan dalam roti, tambahkan saus tomat dan sambal botol, hias dengan tomat iris, ketimun dan daun selada

Vegan Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Bahan:
Susu Kedelai bubuk 6 sdm dilarutkan dalam 1/2 gelas air (150 ml).
Minyak Olive atau Happy Salad Oil, bisa juga menggunakan Vegetable Oil 250 ml.
Garam secukupnya.
Jeruk Nipis 5 sdm.
Saus Tomat (untuk memberi warna merah, takaran sesuai selera).
Catatan: Takaran semua bahan di atas untuk membuat 1 liter thousand islands
Cara Membuat:
Larutkan 6 sdm susu kedelai ke dalam 1/2 gelas air,
lalu campurkan ke 250 ml minyak olive dan blender hingga mengembang.
Masukkan garam secukupnya, jeruk nipis 5 sdm, dan saos tomat.

Once The Bitterness Is Over, Sweetness Comes!
Bitter Gourd, Corn and Pumpkin Soup


Introduction
To encourage people to face difficulties in life, there’s a Chinese proverb, “Once the bitterness is over, sweetness comes!” (ku jin gan lai). To name this soup with this proverb is certainly well suited! The sweet taste is well blended within the bitter taste from the bitter gourd. Once the bitter taste finishes, you’ll surely taste the sweetness from the corn and pumpkin. Drink this soup, and remember: rainbow comes smiling after heavy rain and storm!
Ingredients
1. Bitter Gourd – 100g
2. Corn – 100g
3. Pumpkin – 150g
4. Water – 600ml
Preparation
1. Wash and cut the Bitter Gourd across to get circular slices. Scope the seeds away.
2. Cut the Corn into few pieces across.
3. Skin and cut the Pumpkin into small cubes.
Steps
1. Boil the water in a pot.
2. Add in all the ingredient and switch to slow fire. Cook for around 1 hour.
3. It is ready to serve.
Remarks
You can add in some salt or seasoning for taste. However, this soup is tasteful by itself. And if you’re using slow cooker, add in all the items right from the start, and cook with slow fire for overnight.

Jamur tiram
Telur ayam
Garam
Merica
Tepung terigu
Bumbu-bumbu:
Buah tomat matang
Garam
Gula
Sedikit cuka
Tepung kanji
Air secukupnya
Cara membuat:
1. Kocok telur bersama garam dan merica, masukkan jamur tiram ke dalamnya.
2. Gulingkan jamur tiram di atas tepung, sambil ditekan-tekan supaya melekat.
3. Goreng sampai kuning keemasan.
4. Rebus buah tomat sebentar hingga lunak, lumatkan dan saring. Rebus air tomat, gula, garam, dan sedikit cuka sampai mendidih, kentalkan dengan air tepung kanji.
5. Sajikan hangat bersama sausnya.
